What is ehcatl9?
Ehcatl is the shipyard of the Ehcatl Nine, a gathering of Ixali artisans and engineers attempting to build a unique hybrid airship. The location is a secret to both other Ixal and the people of the Twelveswood alike, as neither party would appreciate the Ehcatl Nine using non-Ixal technology.
How do you buy from IXAL vendor?
You will have to unlock the beast tribe quest for them in Gridania. They do not unlock until you do a quest called “In the Pursuit of happiness” which is a lv 41 main story quest. Then a quest called “A bad bladder” will be in Gridania and you will have to rank them up to access the vendor.

Go to the ixali encampment in north shroud. You have to take the quest called Deliverance from the NPC that’s on the same side as the vendors and then turn in items to the NPC that’s left of him.

Where is the IXAL crafting facility?
