The rider grid for the next 2023 season of the MotoGP World Championship is taking shape.

The MotoGP World Championship teams and riders market is in full swing for the next 2023 season, we already have some confirmations and other news, so maximum expectation to know how the complete grid will turn out.

It is already confirmed for 2023 that Aprilia will have its current riders, Aleix Espargaró and Maverick Viñales, so they continue betting on the duo of drivers who are getting such good results this year. The pair of riders of the official Yamaha team with Fabio Quartararo and Franco Morbidelli is also confirmed.

Another confirmed duo is that of Red Bull KTM with Brad Binder and Jack Millerthe rest of the teams have free places and we also have to wait for the confirmation of the teams, after the withdrawal of Suzuki for 2023.

In the official team Ducati we have confirmed Pecco Bagnaia, but the other square with Miller’s farewell remains empty and we can find many boyfriends for that machine, including Bastianini and Martín, although they are not the only ones. We also have confirmed Marc Márquez in the Repsol Honda team, but the second machine does not have a confirmed owner for 2023, we will have to wait for the renewal of Pol Espargaró or the entry of another rider to the official HRC team. There are many names that sound for this bike, including Joan Mir, who has to leave Suzuki after leaving the World Championship, but he is not the only one.

The team Mooney VR46 Racing Team has not confirmed Marini and Bezzecchi yet, but everything indicates that they will continue in the formation, although with Fabio Di Giannantonio knocking on the team’s door and also considering staying with his current team, Gresini Racing.

The LCR Honda Castrol and LCR Honda Idemitsu seats are also to be finalized. Ai Ogura is one of the riders many are eyeing for a seat in MotoGP in 2023, but that means Nakagami would be left without a seat. It is also a key moment for double World Champion Alex Marquez. The Spaniard has shown glimpses of what he is capable of in the premier class, but 2021 and the first half of 2022 have been pretty low key.

The Tech3 does not have its confirmed pilots, and we could have three riders at stake, the current Remy Gardner, Raúl Fernández and Miguel Oliveira, who has lost his seat in the official KTM team.

Go for 2023.
