Asked by speedweek.com if he is already thinking of reaching MotoGP, the Japanese did not hide that he was, but he was aware that he has not yet shown himself enough in Moto2 to be able to take this step:

Of course, it is not very far, because pilots like [Fabio] Di Giannantonio, Raul [Fernández], Remy [Gardner] or [Marco] Bezzecchi drove with me last year. But I know it’s not enough, I keep working and one day I want to get to MotoGP, that’s my goal.
