The Bolivian women’s soccer team began its preparation in Santa Cruz with a view to the two friendly away matches that it will hold with its counterpart from the Dominican Republic, on the 22nd and 25th of this month. The national delegation’s trip is scheduled for Tuesday, October 19.
The work of the ‘Guerreras de la Verde’ is carried out in a double shift on the fields of the Abraham Telchi Sports Village and is commanded by coach Angélica Heredia.
“I am happy for the opportunity that God and the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF) are giving me to lead the team,” said Heredia, who directs this team as a guest coach.
Before the trip to the Dominican Republic, the national team plans to play a friendly match this Monday against Inter Stars Rush, a match in which Heredia will rehearse the probable starting team.
The first match against the Dominican Republic is scheduled for October 22 at the Cibao stadium, in the municipality of Santiago de los Caballeros, and the second match will be played three days later at the Félix Sánchez stadium, in Santo Domingo. Both games are scheduled for 17:00 (HB).
