Valtteri Bottas took his partner to the Formula 1 Williams.
The Finn took advantage of the impasse between the Hungarian and French GPs to get his girlfriend Tiffany Cromwell, an Australian professional cyclist, who was taking part in the women’s Tour de France, into F1.
Valtteri and Tiffany went to Finland where they are taking a few days off and Valtteri surprised her with something unexpected.
With the excuse of a helicopter ride, the pilot took the cyclist, born in Adelaide 34 years ago, to the small 2.7-kilometre Alastaro circuit, about 200 kilometers from Helsinki.
The lady in question found a case, a flameproof diver and a Formula Renault 200 hp to take a few laps and take a mini pilot course.
At the end, along with the certificate, Tiffany discovered that in addition to the diploma, a 2007 Williams FW29which had been driven by Nico Rosberg and Álex Wurtz, as a prize.
“I’m on vacation. It’s Tiff’s turn to drive, ”Valtteri said on his social media.
As an elite athlete, the cyclist took on the challenge, and not only more than met, but also received all the applause.
