Boxers from Oaxaca go to Fire Sports in Tlaxcala

As part of their preparation for the 2021 Elite National Championship and the 2021 National Olympic Festival, Oaxacan boxers will participate in the first Fire Sports quadrangular tournament, which will be held this weekend in Tlaxcala.

This was announced by the president of the Oaxacan Boxing Association, Elmer Miranda Parra, who added that selections from the states of Puebla, Morelos, Tlaxcala and Oaxaca will participate in the boxing contest.

The Fire Sports tournament will also serve as preparation for the 2021 State Boxing Championship, qualifying for the 2021 Elite National Championship and the 2021 National Olympic Festival, which will take place from October 15 to 17 at Deportivo Cuilápam in the town of Cuilápam de Guerrero, Oaxaca.

The Oaxacan representative who will attend the Fire Sports quadrangular boxing tournament is made up of 21 boxers, in different weights of the elite, junior and child categories, led by five coaches from the different gyms affiliated with the Oaxacan Boxing Association.
