After a long absence, professional boxing will return to Don Bosco, and it will do so tonight, with top-level fights. The event is sponsored by the Municipality of Resistencia.

Professional boxing returns to Resistencia and this time it does so at the hands of Puños del Litoral, promoter of contact sports. The event, sponsored by the Municipality of Resistencia, will feature five preliminary amateur bouts, one of them for the franchise belt and the professional long-distance one.

The great fight in the background is presented by the local credit Lucas “el Riña” Gallo (0-1-0) against the brave Rosario Derian Ulises “el magico” Esquivo (2-1-0).

Both will do it in the super featherweight category that marks its limit at 130 pounds or its equivalent in Kg of 58,967.

Gallo takes his first steps in the rented field after going through amateurism with 89 presentations and retiring from it as the Chaqueño champion of the FeChaBox in 60 Kg.

He is a native of Fontana but has represented Resistencia for more than ten years under the orders of Juan Carlos Lazarte with Team Meza at Jaime Zapata.

Owner of a life story full of adversities that by force of drive, effort, work and dedication has managed to overcome, and who dreams of being world champion.

The rival is a brave Rosario, owner of a fast and powerful elegant boxing. His figures in amateurism give more than 20 fights won before the cards and in just three presentations of him as a professional he already has a fast-track victory.

“El Riña” will not have it easy, but it will be a test that will allow him to know what he is for, in the hard and noble sport of fists.

In addition, there will be 5 amateur preliminaries, one of them for the belt of the Puños del Litoral franchise.

The special guest of the evening will be former Argentine heavyweight champion Fabio “La Mole” Moli.
