Acámbaro.- Carlos Manuel Arellano Esquivel, a 54-kilogram bantamweight boxer, originally from Apaseo el Grande, explains that at the moment he is not studying because of the poverty in which his family lives, but he has the illusion of succeeding in boxing to bring benefits to his mother, because already there are many years of deficiencies.
Recently ‘Carlitos’ had a good performance in the boxing function held in Acámbaro, in the ‘New promises’ ring, where he faced and defeated two boxers in the same evening. His goal is to venture into professionalism, his virtues are being a good punch and a good all-rounder.
The young man from Apaseo, who lost his father when he was little, mentions that he is just starting in this career, he has had three fights but all won, “currently I am not going to school, I only work to help my mother Ma. Guadalupe Esquivel Aguilar, Apart from training with my brother Juan Pablo Mendoza, I also have six other brothers ”, he points out.
Arellano Esquivel is fighting to one day be world champion, “with dedication and discipline I think I can achieve it, preparing myself physically and mentally.
