Olympic champion Andy Cruz will not be part of the squad with which the Domadores de Cuba will officially debut on professional boxing circuits this May 20, in the Mexican city of Aguascalientes.

The novelty in the list of the Tamers will be the world bronze Osvel Caballero. The Cuban Boxing Federation reported that the technical team decided to include him after training this weekend.

The federation confirmed for the cap against the professionals the two-time Olympic champions Julio César La Cruz, Arlen López and Roniel Iglesias, the triple world champion Lázaro Álvarez, and the world champion Yoenlis Hernández.

The Tamers travel this Sunday afternoon to Mexico.
