David Villa goes one step further in his role as an entrepreneur and joins the ESC LaLiga & NBA project, created through a long-term alliance between the consulting firm T3N Sport & Investment with LaLiga and the NBA to develop a complex in Villaviciosa de Odón unique sports-educational complex in the world, becoming the official complex of both institutions in Spain.
DV7 Group, the business group founded and directed by David Villa and Víctor Oñate, will contribute all its knowhow in the football area within the project, the management of multidisciplinary facilities after its renowned international experience with its own academies and clubs, the international marketing strategy as well as in the cooperation between the different sports programs that will coexist in the center.
Additionally, David Villa will launch his own local academy in Spain that will allow him to implement the values that made him so successful as a player in boys and girls around the world. This alliance allows DV7 Group and !El Guaje to land their first DV7 Academy in Madrid,
In Villa’s words: “This project will give athletes from all over the world a great opportunity to develop in a high-level facility for soccer players. They will have a great experience, studying at the international school that will be in the same complex, learning soccer and improving their skills to be able to take them to the highest level”.
ESC LaLiga & NBA Madrid Village will have soccer fields for competition, the only NBA pavilion in the world, with 3 FIBA regulation courts, a gym prepared for high performance, a swimming pool, a dining room, game rooms, an area for medical services, educational facilities, auditorium, library and residence for 450 athletes in a dream complex of more than 42 thousand square meters.
It will also have an international school and classrooms for training where high school, international and American baccalaureate programs and postgraduate courses will be taught in a unique project worldwide.
