RCD Espanyol launches audiovisual project. The LaLiga club has started this past weekend the tests for the launch of the Espanyol Media initiative, through which it will broadcast the matches played at the Dani Jarque Sports City.

Through Espanyol Media, the sports entity will make available to its members and fans live broadcasts of Espanyol B and women’s football matches from the Sports City. And, later on, grassroots football matches will be added to the offer, to fulfill the club’s objective of advancing in the development of its own media and content.

The transmissions are open and free through the YouTube channel from RCD Espanyol. The start of broadcasts took place yesterday, with the match between Espanyol B and CD Numancia, corresponding to the Second Rfef.

Last June, RCD Espanyol shareholders approved two capital increases to avoid weakening the squad and being able to move in the summer transfer market. An extraordinary meeting approved an “increase in the company’s share capital for the amount of 37,846,788 euros through the issuance of 6,307,798 new shares with a par value of six euros each, the equivalent value of which consists of offsetting credits. ”.

An “increase in the company’s share capital was also carried out for a maximum amount of 190,716 euros through the issuance of a maximum of 31,786 new shares with a par value of six euros each, the equivalent of which consists of monetary contributions”.
