La Formula 1 Party in Mexico it was not the same for everyone, especially for Ferrari, who from the free practices suffered from problems with the cars, finished off the podium and losing second place Drivers Championship.

Ferrari did not have a successful weekend. It all started with Leclerc’s problems in the first free practice, when lost control of his car on fast corners ending up crashing into the retaining wall.

The ranking was no different. Well, the speed and performance did not reach Leclerc and Sainz to be in the first places. The Monegasque was seventh, while the Spanish in fifth.

Although the race did not have many setbacks, Ferrari didn’t have the performance to fight Mercedes and Red Bull being relegated. Sainz was 58 seconds behind Max, all this for the improvements that Ferrari will surely continue to experience by 2023.

Although it is not known what happened to the F1-75, what is clear is that the strategy and performance was a disaster for Leclerc and Sainz and now they will have to fight not to lose their privileged positions in the drivers’ standings, especially due to the battle of Leclerc with Checo Pérez for second place.
