The snowboarder from Madrid Fidel Alonso C won the first testAndalusia Equality Golf Cup Solidarity Circuit, who was accompanied in the honor roll by Manuel Balsera, with the best ‘scratch’, Juan Ignacio Arredondo, winner in the first category; David Jurado, dominant in second; and Lourdes Acasuso, winner in ladies.
The Cordoba Golf Experience It was played at the Real Club de Campo despite the more than 50 liters of water that fell in the last 24 hours. The drainage of the course worked perfectly for a unique competition to start, given that it is the first egalitarian, inclusive and sustainable golf circuit in Spain, whose objective is to help four NGOs and promote Andalusian tourism.
The test was attended by more than a hundred golfers from all over Andalusia and Madrid. The next tests will be held in May at Valle Guadiana Links (Ayamonte) and Encín Golf (Madrid), to conclude with the Final Master, on June 2 in Chiclana.
This first appointment of the calendar raised more than 3,300 euros for the solidarity boat that will be distributed among four NGOs in the final event, with Fepamic as a beneficiary of Córdoba. In the commitment to the full integration of people with disabilities, the circuit trophies were made by members of the Chiclana Foundation ceramics workshop, made up of people with intellectual disabilities.
Alonso prevailed among the ‘celebrities’ delivering a 34-point card, well ahead of former Real Madrid soccer player and coach Víctor Sánchez del Amo and journalist Carlos Palomo. For his part, Balsera scored 26 scratch points, the same as Acasuso. Arredondo won the first category with 33 points, one more than David López Carrasco. Jurado won with 36 in second, compared to 35 by David López Aguilar. Among the females, Belén Cano was second with 30 points, three less than Lourdes Acasuso.
A great business support and the world of golf
