VALENCIA. The best young promises of golf in the Valencian Community meet at the El Bosque Golf Club this weekend to play the twenty-eighth edition of this prestigious youth tournament.

80 players between juniors, juniors and juniors have signed up for the test to be held next Saturday and Sunday May 14 and 15 in El Bosque.

This tournament of great tradition among young golfers is framed within the bulk of youth competitions organized by the Golf Federation of the Valencian Community and that has launched many professional players.

“It is a pride to host this tournament in our club. We must encourage golf among the youngest and this championship is perfect for it” says Guillermo Goiria, manager of the El Bosque Golf Club.

The tournament will be played in individual scratch Stroke Play mode in the Sub-14 and Sub-12 categories. 36 holes will be played on two consecutive days, 18 holes each day. At the Sub-10 level, 18 holes will be played in the same modality and on two consecutive days (9 holes each day). All non-national handicap players will play two consecutive days (9 holes each day) under the Individual Handicap Stroke play modality regardless of their age.
