Joselyne edwards faced and lost by unanimous decision to Jessica-Rose Clark better known as Jessy Jess in his third fight in the UFC, this time in La Vegas 41.

The first two rounds of the fight were for Jessy Jess who took advantage and threw to the canvas to keep Edwards under control. The ‘Panther’ could not control and seek the fight standing up.

The Panamanian now obtains a 2-1 mark, in 1 won and two losses in the UFC, her debut was on January 16 against the Chinese Wu Yanan by unanimous decision in Abu Dhabi.

In her second fight in the UFC bantamweight category, the ‘Pantera’ Edwards fell to Brazilian Karol Rosa by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) in the UFC Vegas 18 event played on the 6th February and since then he has not fought again due to a shoulder injury he sustained during the first fight with Wu Yanan.

With this loss to Joselyne Edwards at UFC women’s bantamweight, the Pantera will continue to prepare for her path in this sport.

It should be noted that ‘La Pantera’ was due to face Zarah Fairn on August 28 but this fight was canceled and therefore Jessy Jess was assigned as a rival in La Vegas.

The Australian is now 4-2 with the win over the Panamanian.
