CULIACÁN._ The NBA champion, Juan Toscano Anderson, sent an autographed ball to the Sinaloense Sports Promotion Board (PIDS).
David Vargas Rodríguez, president of the PIDS board of directors, reported that the basketball player sent a ball to be raffled by the Sinaloense Sports Promotion Board for the rehabilitation of a sports space.
“The ticket will be at a modest, economical cost for everyone to participate and to the extent that we all encourage participation in this type of activity, we will have more chances of having decent spaces. From here to thank Juan Toscano, on behalf of the PIDS and the Governor of the State as well, who is aware of these actions,” said Vargas Rodríguez.
The president of the PIDS highlighted the work that the Board of Trustees is carrying out, especially in the work that has been carried out in basketball, since it rehabilitated a court in Parque Culiacán 87, one more in the park in the Las Quintas neighborhood, as well as the wheelchairs that they bought in conjunction with the DIF Sinaloa for Salvador Alvarado’s wheelchair basketball players.
