Kiwanis Junior League as a hotbed for the new generation of golf

The Bijao Beach Club & Residences course received the third stop of the Kiwanis Golf Junior League, where prospects Noah Córdoba, Liz Marie González, Felipe Ruiz and Ana Cristina Pérez showed sustained dominance in their respective categories.

The day ended in the division reserved for players who are up to six years old, where Noah Córdoba won over Jean-Luc Belanger and Nicolás Sobrino. For her part, Liz Marie González won in the 7 to 8 years division, escorted by Gianluca Bemporad and Julieta Benítez.

Also, in the category for children between eleven and twelve years old, Ana Cristina Pérez won over Gianmauro Deir and Gustavo Mendoza. Meanwhile, Felipe Ruiz was the winner in the 9-10 year old group, accompanied by Sofía Jaén and José Manuel Sossa.

For his part, Aurelio Gómez managed to win in the elite category, made up of players who belong to the APAGOLF Junior Tour. He prevailed over Victoria Noronha and Oscar Espino who took second and third place, respectively.

Next Sunday, August 21, the fourth stop of the 2022 season will take place, at Coronado Luxury Club & Suites, under the organization of the Kiwanis Club of Panama.

Registration will be open from Friday, August 22, through the link found in the bio of the Instagram account @kiwanisgolf, and children between 5 and 14 years old can sign up.
