Three wins and two draws was the balance in favor of Koasicha Boxing over the Rioverde National Team, after the dual boxing meet that took place last weekend at the Puente del Carmen Revolution Park (Parepuca) in the city of Rioverde.
Koasicha Boxing’s victories were for Diego Martínez over Ángel Izaguirre (RIO) in the 57 kilo division by RSC in the third round; Carlos Barrón won by RSC in the second round against Rodolfo García (RIO) in the 60 kilos division; Josué Rodríguez beat Luis Antonio Alvarado (RIO) in the 68 kilos division. The ties were for Orson Gabriel Moreno (SLP) and Julio Tovar (RIO) in the 75-kilo division and for David Rodríguez and Hiram Escalón (RIO) in the 70-kilo division.
The only victory for the orange team was Samuel Hernández, who beat Luis Daniel Tapis in the 63-kilo division. Now both teams will continue with their preparation for their future commitments, whether at the local, regional or national level, now that they are in the last part of the year.
