Luis “Baboon” Palomino, recognized world champion of Mixed Martial Arts and bare-knuckle boxing, returned to Peru after leaving the country for several years to build a successful sports career abroad.
Currently, the Peruvian warrior is the first and only undefeated double champion of the 155 and 165 pound categories in the history of the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship organization, an American boxing promoter where they fight with bare knuckles.
On his return to Peru, Luis “Baboon” Palomino spoke with Latina Deportes where he told a little about the journey he went through to achieve sporting success. In addition, he revealed that he plans to create the “Baboon for Kids” foundation to help many children and young people who do not have the resources to grow in contact sports and internationalize.
The Peruvian boxer, who is considered the best pound for pound in the entire BKFC organization, is getting ready to defend his two world titles in October.
