The Royal Melilla Football Federation (RFMF) has carried out, in the federative field of La Espiguera, the first part of the trophy ceremony corresponding to the 2021-2022 season, specifically, from the Prebenjamín to Infantil category and in the different modalities of soccer-8, soccer and futsal. The event was presided over by the head of this entity, Diego Martínez, and was also attended by almost all the heads of the different clubs in our city. Thus, the first to go through the podium that was set up on the grass were the smallest, the juniors, all of whom were champions, each team receiving their trophy and each player their medal. The teams participating in 8-a-side football were: CD La Espiguera Féminas, Atlético Rusadir, Intergym Melilla, Peña Barcelonista, Peña Real Madrid, Peña Santillana, Buen Consejo, CD La Espiguera, CD Hermandad Melillense, Gimnástico Melilla, CF Rusadir, CD Melistar, UD Melilla, Torreblanca, CD La Salle-El Carmen and Young Promises. Meanwhile, in futsal, the teams that entered the fray throughout this campaign were reduced to the following ten: Intergym Melilla, Peña Barcelonista, Peña Real Madrid, Peña Santillana, Gimnástico Melilla, CD Melistar, Sporting Constitución, Torreblanca, CD La Salle-El Carmen A and B.

Next, it was the turn of the rest of the categories, with trophies being awarded to the top three finishers in all competitions, as well as a special mention for the sportiest team. Thus, in Benjamines F-8, in the 1st Division, the best were: Peña Real Madrid B (1st), CF Rusadir (2nd) and UD Melilla (3rd), with the prize for sportsmanship going to CD La Espiguera. In the Second Division, the champion was Intergym Melilla, with Peña Real Madrid A second and CD La Salle third, with the Fair Play going to CD Higicontrol Melilla. In Alevines, in the 1st Division, the top three classified were CF Rusadir (1st), Peña Real Madrid A (2nd) and UD Melilla A (3rd), with the Fair Play going to UD Constitución. In the Second Division, UD Melilla B won the league title, ahead of Intergym Melilla (2nd) and CD Melistar (3rd), winning CEIP Real the sportsmanship award.

And in Third, the first place was awarded to the Melillense Brotherhood, with the rest of the winners being Milenium A (2nd), the Atlético Gymnasium (3rd) and CD Infobox (Fair Play). In the Boys’ First Division, CF Rusadir conquered the title of champion, accompanied on the podium by UD Melilla (2nd) and Peña Barcelonista (3rd). Gymnastic B was awarded the Fair Play trophy.

In the 1st Children’s Division, Torreblanca, Sporting Constitución and Buen Consejo finished, in this order, in the first three positions, with Peña Real Madrid winning the Sports Game trophy.

Already in the Second Division of this same category, CD La Espiguera A (1st), CD Higicontrol (2nd) and Atlético Rusadir (3rd) ended up on the podium, as did La Espiguera Féminas B, awarded for Fair Play. Finally, in Cadete/Juvenil, Torreblanca, Infobox Melilla and Peña Santillana took the places of privilege in this order, Peña Castilla achieving the trophy for sportsmanship.

Indoor football

The Peña Real Madrid B won the Benjamín 1st Division of futsal, with UD Melilla and CF Rusadir accompanying the madridistas on the podium. The Peña Barcelonista won the Fair Play trophy. In the Second Division, Milenium (1st), CD La Salle (2nd) and Intergym (3rd) were the most outstanding this season, with Peña Real Madrid A completing the honor roll with the sportsmanship award. In Alevines, in First Division, CF Rusadir, Peña Real Madrid A and UD Melilla took the podium, in this same order, with Sporting Constitución winning Fair Play. In the Second Division, UD Melilla B, Peña Real Madrid B and Gimnástico Melilla B finished in the first three places, with Peña Barcelonista winning the Fair Play trophy.

In Infantiles, in the First Division, CF Rusadir was the champion, with Torreblanca second and UD Melilla third, with the Milenium awarded for their sportsmanship. In the Second Division, Peña Real Madrid (1st), Sporting Constitución (2nd) and Gimnástico Melilla (3rd) won the most outstanding positions, with CEIP Real picking up the Fair Play trophy. In Infantil Feminina, CD Higicontrol A, Torreblanca and Sporting Constitución finished in the first three positions, in that order, with CD La Espiguera Feminina A being awarded for Fair Play. In the Second Division, Atlético Rusadir was the winner of the championship, accompanied on the podium by CD La Espiguera A and CD Higicontrol B. CD La Espiguera Femenina A won the Fair Play trophy.
