Athletes from the Mexican Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Team managed to advance to the quarterfinal round of the MMA Super Cup in Bahrain, by winning five consecutive matches.

The progress of the Mexican representatives in this event, which is attended by only the best four countries in the world ranking of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF), was shared by the Federation of Martial Arts Mexico (FAMM) on its official page of Facebook.

With a score of 5 fights won in a row against the Arabian Champs, our Mexican Team advances to the quarterfinals of the KHK MMA Bahrain Bahrain Super Cup to face the Irish National Team tomorrow and seek their pass to the great final.

LET’S GO MEXICO, IF YOU CAN”

In this same space, three of the Mexican fights that won their pass to the quarterfinals were added, being them: Andrea Gabriela Guzmán Salazar, Jorge Antonio López Pérez and Anthony Ramírez Amado, hoping that in the next few hours they will be announced the names of the other athletes.

According to what was mentioned by a commentator, Mexico’s pass to the next stage was achieved after winning five of nine fights.

As reported at the time, the 2022 MMA Super Cup will take place from March 8 to 12, as part of BRAVE International Combat Week, in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
