Bagnaia’s bite to the difference that Quartararo had in the general classification before the MotoGP race in Aragón. The Italian was unable to achieve his fifth consecutive victory, but took advantage of his second place and the Yamaha’s zero, since the Frenchman went down on the first lap after touching Marc Márquez. The ilerdense also left, with mechanical problems in his Honda after the incident. Aleix, for his part, finished third and his fight until the last meter with Binder for the podium was rewarded. Bastianini, the winner, put pressure on Pecco until the end and made it clear that there are no team orders at Ducati.

With the results in Alcañiz, the World Championship tightens and Quartararo’s difference is ten points with respect to Bagnaia and 17 over Aleix.
