The Philadelphia Sixers franchise player, Joel Embidspoke about the rumors that his team is going to put together a trade for the 9-time all-star of the NBA, james harden.

According to The Athletic’s Derek Bodner, Joel Embiid was asked about James Harden, a possible future Sixers teammate, but dodged the subject to avoid a league manipulation issue.

“He plays for the Brooklyn Nets… (but) who isn’t a fan of Kevin Durant or Steph Curry or James Harden? They are all the best players in this league.”

According to Brian Toporek of Bleacher Report, Joel Embiid also had this to say about trade discussions revolving around the Sixers:

“I really don’t want to be responsible for choosing what to do.”

He adds that this year is the “most fun I’ve had” since joining the Sixers.

It should be noted that the Sixers have searched for multiple players to surround Joel Embid and bring out the best version of him, such as Jimmy Butler, Seth Curry, Tobias Harris, Josh Reddick, Ben Simmons, Andre Drummond, Robert Covington, among other veterans. However, the team does not seem to be heading for success.
