Quito will host the South American Youth and Junior Golf Championship

There will be 80 golfers who will meet at the Arrayanes Country Club, in Quito, to play the tournaments South American Youth and Junior Youth of this discipline. The championship will start on October 20, 2021 and will last for four days.

Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela will be the teams that will play the tournament in the individual categories, by teams of men and women and by mixed teams.

The teams of each country will be made up of two men and two women, that is, 8 golfers per delegation. According to the tournament regulations, the junior category is sub 14 and the youth sub 17.

Ecuador’s junior team is made up of Avelina Ordonez, Amalia Ortega, Manuel Corral and Agustín Moscoso.

Likewise, the youth team is made up of VAlentina Guarderas, first in the national ranking, Isabella Yu Lee, Renato naula and Phillipe Thorin.
