The Spanish Jon Rahm continues fifth in the world golf ranking, in the second week in which the top10 remains immovable with the American Scottie Scheffler as the outstanding leader.
After Scheffler, with an average of 10.33 points, came the Australian Cameron Smith (9.00), the Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy (8.30), the American Patrick Cantlay (7.73) and Rahm with 7.25.
The ‘top 10’ is completed by the Americans Xander Schauffele (7.25), Justin Thomas (6.74) and Collin Morikawa (6.61), the Norwegian Viktor Hovland (6.35) and the English Matt Fitzpatrick (6.09).
The victory of the American Tony Finau in the Rocket Mortgage Classic in Detroit (USA), the second in a row after last week’s at the 3M Open in Minnesota, barely brings him three positions, going from 16 to 13.
As far as the rest of the Spaniards are concerned, Adri Arnaus dropped from position 61 to 64, Sergio García dropped from 70 to 71 and Pablo Larrazábal progressed from 74 to 72.
