Report: Celtics vs. Bucks complete NBA Christmas

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown's Boston Celtics will host Giannis Antetokounmpo's Milwaukee Bucks at TD Garden as part of the Christmas Day billboar

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown’s Boston Celtics will host Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Milwaukee Bucks at TD Garden as part of the Christmas Day billboard for the 2022-23 NBA season. Last year both teams met at the Fiserv Forum and the ‘Greek Freak’ guided his team to victory.

According to the report by Shams Charania, from The Athletic, the Celtics, Bucks, Philadelphia 76ers, New York Knicks, Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets will complete the card on December 25. The first two games reported for Christmas of the next NBA campaign were the commitments between the Dallas Mavericks and the Los Angeles Lakers and the one between the Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies.

Devin Booker, Chris Paul and Deandre Ayton will travel to Denver for their 20th Christmas game against Nikola Jokic’s Nuggets. The games between Warriors vs. Grizzlies and Mavericks vs. Lakers will be in Golden State and Dallas, respectively.

On the other hand, James Harden, Joel Embiid and other members of the Sixers will visit Madison Square Garden to face the New York Knicks, who stand out for hiring Jalen Brunson, Luka Doncic’s squire.

The Boston team needed seven games to beat the Milwaukee franchise in the second round of the Eastern Conference postseason. Likewise, Golden State faced Memphis prior to the Western Conference finals, but settled the series in six games.
