Ryan Garcia He assured that he wants to hold three fights in 2022, after last year he was inactive for much of the year due to different circumstances.

“The perks (of being a star) has given me the freedom so I don’t have to be desperate for fights and I don’t need to be desperate for promoters or someone because I make enough money outside of the ring,” he said. Ryan in interview with Noah Beck. “The thing going into 2022 is I have to stay focused on getting at least three fights.”

The last fight he had was on January 2, 2021 against Luke Campbell, whom he knocked out in the seventh round with a hook to the liver. In this way he managed to improve his mark as a professional boxer to 21-0 with 18 victories by way of chloroform.

Due to different problems, he was forced to cancel his contests before Javier Fortuna and Joseph “Jo Jo” Diaz. He first focused on his mental health and when he returned to training, he suffered an injury to his right hand and had to undergo surgery.

“I am willing to die there (in the ring), go out with my shield,” he commented. Garcia. “He won’t beat me or if he does, I gave everything I had. I need to get into the mode where I’m willing to die. Let’s go. I am only concerned with destroying it, in every aspect, in every way. If he hits me hard, I don’t care, I’m with God. My career resumes on April 2, either in The Angels or Las Vegas, surely vegas”.
