“El Tanque”, born in the province of Santa Fe, began in 1989 and his first fight was against Miguel González whom he defeated by abandonment in the fourth round.

In the professional field, in the heavyweight category, he fought in 21 fights, won 10, lost 9 and in two fights there was no decision.

His most resounding fights were against former world champion Marcelo Fabián “El Toro” Domínguez, in the Argentine Boxing Federation in Buenos Aires, disputing the Argentine Title, on October 30, 1993.

“El Tanque” lost by technical knockout in the 7th round, also against Mario Melo in the match at La Tablada, in Buenos Aires, fighting for the South American Title, on April 11, 1997, a fight that he lost by disqualification in the 5th round. round.

In addition, he fought in Alta Gracia (Córdoba) against Fabio “La Mole” Moli, Argentine and South American champion. After his retirement, he was a boxing instructor at the Municipal Sports Complex.
