According to the accusation of the Public Ministry, between 2019 and 2020, the accused would have committed the alleged crimes against minors between 12 and 14 years of age in a private gym in Alajuelita, as well as in the community hall of the María Auxiliadora neighborhood, also in Alajuelita.
