The Municipal Box and Wrestling Commissionchaired by Councilor Ricardo Grau de la Rosa, presented Agustín “El Chato” Pérez Balbuena, First Bantamweight World Champion by the International Boxing Federation, proudly from Puebla and a promise of national boxing, at only 21 years of age.
