Tomorrow the introductory Olympic boxing course begins in Neiva, which will be taught by Cuban coaches. It is totally free.
Inderhuila will begin the introductory course that will be attended by two renowned Cuban coaches.
“In this course we are going to look at issues related to the behavior of the boxer’s heart rate, the functioning of the vestibular apparatus and the technical-methodological part from the teaching of the minor categories to the major categories,” said Professor Rafael Márquez Miranda, Inderhuila methodologist and lecturer of the course in question.
The boxing course will be in charge of the Cubans Rafael Márquez Miranda, a graduate of the Manuel Fajardo University Institute of Cuba, with 21 years of experience in high performance sports and methodologist from Inderhuila and Luis Pascual Méndez, a boxing specialist who has been coach of the Cuban national team and with 25 years of experience in high performance sports.
“The goal is to achieve that from the minor categories we open the training schools to have the Huila boxing teams and consolidate this discipline in this region.” Rafael Márquez Miranda expressed.
