Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. – Tlalnepantla lived a boxing party by hosting the Silver World Championship, in the Flyweight division, of the World Boxing Council (WBC), a fight in which Jaqueline “Jaky” Calvo was crowned champion, who received her belt from the Municipal President, Marco Antonio Rodriguez Hurtado.

The Mayor witnessed the six fights held in the Municipal Esplanade, where the star was between Jaky Calvo against Mary «Polvorita» Salinas, who offered the attendees a high-level show, culminating in the victory, by unanimous decision, of Jaqueline.

During the afternoon of this Saturday, the Tlalnepantenses enjoyed the fights of José Oswaldo Barón vs. Omar Alejandro Vázquez, in his professional debut; Emilio Chavez vs. Leonel Lopez; Abel Cruz vs Salvador Lopez; Gabriel Terán vs. Isaias Ulises Parada; and Jorge González, who also made his professional debut against Bryan Gasparri.

When the main fight arrived, the attendees turned to support Jaky Calvo, who, showing signs of professional boxing, dealt accurate blows to his rival, which earned him ratings in favor from the judges, managing to be crowned Silver World Champion.

To the cry of “Jaky, Jaky, Jaky” the ten rounds that the boxers fought went by, Jaqueline Calvo imposing herself convincingly, thus endorsing her place in the world of boxing.
