ANDl Italian DJ Francesco Facchinetti has brought charges against Conor McGregor for allegedly having suffered an assault by the UFC champion during a party, held in Rome.

Facchinetti says he was beaten by McGregor on numerous occasions to the point of giving him a concussion, as well as breaking his nose and a lip. The musician, 41, explained that he was with his partner, Wilma Faissol at a party, along with McGregor and his fiancee, Dee Devlin at the St. Regis Hotel.

When Facchinetti tried to leave the party, McGregor allegedly attacked him while the wrestler’s companions cornered and held the Italian DJ against a wall. “McGregor punched me in the mouth, broke my nose in front of 10 witnesses, his friends and his bodyguards. He attacked me for no reason while we talked for over two hours and we also had fun together. I could have shut up and said nothing to him. Nobody, but since I’m here to tell you, I must say that this person is really violent and dangerous. We greet him like a hero and instead he’s just a thug of the worst kind“Facchinetti commented on social media.

A A spokesman for the St. Regis hotel assured the police of his full support for the investigation. The hotel has already provided security camera footage from the night the incident occurred.

According to a fellow DJ, McGregor was standing near Facchinetti when he suddenly knocked him to the ground.. The UFC fighter has yet to make a statement regarding the allegations against him.

McGregor is currently recovering from a fractured tibia in his left leg.. He suffered the injury in the main event of UFC 264 where he lost to Dustin Poirier due to stoppage of the doctor.

It is not the first time that McGregor has been involved in a fight. In 2019 a video revealed a similar dispute in a bar in Dublin., where he ended up hitting a client.
