The businessman commented: “We have already sold 40% of the units in the first stage, and we received many inquiries and visits to our showroom at Calle Santiago 195 bis, despite the fact that the time for real estate sales is stagnant.”

The first stage of the project consists of a module located on Avenida Eva Perón with 74 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, double-height commercial premises on the ground floor, garages and spaces for motorcycles and bicycles. It will be linked to a central area of ​​common use of 2,900 m2 with landscaped paths, native tree vegetation, swimming pool, solarium, sports area and amenities.

However, the bureaucratic processes for private enterprises and the millionaire state demands can be a determining factor in the feasibility of the project. “There is a lack of municipal support for private investment, agility, speed in the planning area,” he said. In addition, he stressed that “all public services also have very busy bureaucracies, mainly the Provincial Energy Company (EPE)”.
