The Mexican faces Deiveson Figueiredo this Saturday at UFC 270 in Anaheim, California

The trilogy is almost a reality. Regardless of what happens at the weigh-in, the fight between Brandon Moreno and Deiveson Figueiredo for the world flyweight championship is almost ready to take place at UFC 270, this Saturday, January 22 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

Moreno will be supported by a good number of Mexicans from the Los Angeles area, with the aim of becoming the first fighter from his country to defend a title in the number one promotion of Mixed Martial Arts.

It won’t be easy for Brandon to beat the former Brazilian champion. Figueiredo wants the belt back and for that purpose he worked in his camp along with former bantamweight and flyweight champion Henry Cejudo.

Definitely a long-awaited battle, the Mexican is the favorite and will have to prove in the octagon that he has what it takes to beat the Amazonian again and continue forging his legacy.
