- A fight that has all the ingredients to be one of the best of the year in small weights will have the company Round 13 Boxing through its “Boxing Nights” event to be held this July 23 at the Big Punch Arena.

“We are very happy that Juan Gómez Torres will be in the fight against Jesús Delgado. Due to the characteristics of both, it will be a war without quarter. The truth is, we are very happy for this fight”, commented Manuel “Camaney” González, president of Round 13 Boxing Promotions.

Juan will present himself with a record of 10 victories, of which 4 have been before the limit, with 14 setbacks and 2 draws. He has a total of 121 rounds as a professional boxer and a knockout percentage of 15.38.

Jesús has numbers of 22 victories, of which 11 have been before the limit, with 2 setbacks and 1 tie. He has a total of 104 rounds as a professional boxer and a knockout percentage of 44.

The last fight of “Pitufo” was on April 23 when he defeated Aldo Cedeno Zavala by unanimous decision after 6 intense rounds. Judges Jesse Hernández, Manuel Morales and Pablo Orozco delivered cards of 60-54, 59-58 and 58-56, respectively.

The last fight of “Bolitas” was last October 23 when he fell by majority decision to David Reyes. On Thursdays Jesús Luevano, Luis García and Juan Martínez delivered cards of 74-78, 74-78 and 78-74.

On the same evening there will be a duel between Jorge Sillas Amor, popularly known as “Metralletas”, and Francisco Javier Hernández.

Sillas Amor has a record of 14 wins, of which 7 have been before the limit, with 46 setbacks and 4 draws. He has a total of 250 rounds as a professional boxer and a knockout percentage of 10.94.

His last fight was last October 30 when he fell at 54 seconds of the second round against Reinaldo Paniagua at the Big Punch Arena, so he seeks to return to the path of victory taking advantage of the opportunity that Manuel González’s company gives him.

Francisco Javier Hernández, has a record of 13 wins, of which 8 have been before the limit, with 7 setbacks and 1 draw. He has a total of 82 rounds as a professional boxer and a knockout percentage of 38.1.
